Personal Hovercraft Buyers Guide

As you might note it, some manufacturers flood the web with many many videos and other blogs (tens of blogs) … A good product doesn't need so much advertisement. So that should alarm you !

They argue with many many parameters but they will never show you the reality. For instance, very often, you don't have the original sound in the video but a strange music to hide the huge noise of their product.

For instance they will try to convince you with some parameter that are not relevant in a normal use… Who will dance onto the hull like a puppet ?
Who will hammer the hull to try to crack it ?

In the same time they forget to tell you how long last the skirt… Our experience is clear, after less than 10 hours, the fabric delaminates then tears easily …

Sometimes they try to tell you that their product is still lightweight… but avoid to give you a value. The weight itself is not the subject, the main parameter is how the craft gets over hump at full payload after a full stop on water, and the thrust value…

Some manufacturers mention that “their” product is the best on the market… but they threat anyone who publish a video showing the reality, and they try you to remove such video !

They will never give you the real problems you will have to face since they don't operate their product for real, everyday in real conditions.

To convince you, they even use some very old videos showing some models that are no more in production…

In conclusion, if you need an objective council or a serious buyers guide, do not ask to a manufacturer… ask to an operator who has hundreds hours of use of such product… and try to find here or there, on the web sometimes, some documents about the provider – search with “ ripoff “ and the name of the product for instance, you might find some useful information…
