In week three and feeling stronger than ever, upping the weights and starting to get all our meals in. We are super surprised at how energetic we are whilst never being hungry. Our skin is smooth, our breath is fresh, muscles are supple yet full, mind is harp and alert, and we are motivated to the MAX ! Feels FANTASTIC. We're uploading videos every day and are posting our meals in real time to facebook so check that out. Today we do Legs and Abs. Here's our routine for today.

5am 20 minute INTERVAL Cardio Workout
6:00am Biceps Triceps & Shoulders
Oops Cardio 2

LEG EXTENTIONS s/s LEG CURLS
15, 8, 6, 20 reps (no rest)

LEG PRESS s/s V KNEE TUCK ABS X 15
15, 8, 6, 20 reps (no rest)

We workout each day for between 60-75 minutes on our most recent quest to show everyday people what it truly takes to transform your mind, body & life through a positive mindset, proper nutrition, and purposeful exercise.
