British man arrested in France, suspected of murdering his children

The apartment near Lyon were two young children were found, their throats slit. Police have arrested their father, a 48-year-old Brtiish citizen.
Neighbors say he is a driver and is currently out of work.

"No one could think he could do such a thing, but that something so dramatic would happenthere, well yes sure. With all of their arguing, and by drinking as much as he did, it wasn't unexpected."
The children, ages five and ten, were discovered by their mother. The couple, while divorced, were still living together and the man was reportedly not willing to move out.
