The investigation of the Church of Scientology continues as Scientology strikes back against Nick Xenophon. Tommy Davis accuses Brian Seymour of being an advocate for Nick Xenophon, which Brian denies. Tommy accuses Xenophon of using parliamentary privilege for a "witch hunt", while Xenophon affirms the point that this is not about beliefs, but about behavior.

Xenophon calls for a senate vote on the inquiry of the abuses.
