NSW triples fine for taxi drivers who refuse passengers with guide dogs

The minimum penalty for taxi and rideshare drivers who refuse to take passengers with guide dogs will more than triple in NSW. Guide dogs are legally allowed to go anywhere their handlers are, but authorities say discrimination against people who rely on the animals is rampant across the state.
