Ex-Haitian official ordered to kill Moise, say Colombian police

Former Haitian justice ministry official with the anti-corruption unit Joseph Felix Badio may have ordered the assassination of Haiti's President Jovenel Moise, according to the Colombian police.
Acting Haitian Prime Minister Claude Joseph described the assassination on July 7 as a “big plot” involving “a lot of people”.
