Update 1.04 - Enemy Multiplier & France not empty - Serious Sam 4

The newest update that was released a few days ago features not only bug fixes, but gameplay improvements.
Now, if you play "Breakfast in France" you will have to kill random enemies while driving with your bike. Also new is the enemy multiplier where you can get up to 5x more spawns and infinite ammo/health.
