Former Team India's batsman Gautam Gambhir has revealed that Sri Tour in 2008 was his career turning point. Gambhir said that the Sri Lanka Tour was one of the best tour of his career as he was the second highest run-getter in the series after Virender Sehwag. This tour boost up his confidence and he went to score more runs in upcoming series. Gambhir scored 463 runs next Australia series that led to cement his place in Indian team and rest is the history.
