Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Amit Shah has blamed the UP government for "doctoring" the transcript of his speech.
He insisted that his "core appeal" to voters in his speeches at Bijnore and Shamli was to "resort to the ballot box for vindicating their grievances rather than resorting to retaliation".
