In the clip, shot in Heze City in northwestern Shaanxi Province on June 26, the electrical transformer suddenly explodes, turning into a fireball caught on camera.
Two huge explosions can be heard.
A man on the opposite side of the road runs in the opposite direction to the blast.
According to reports, cables on the transformer short-circuited because of rain.
