I was looking for a thorough inspector, someone very meticulous. Jeff was just that guy! The home I purchased had a leak above the front porch that had been "repaired" twice during its previous ownership. When Jeff did our inspection, he found all the issues and it was fixed properly prior to close. He was available to us on such short notice for the inspection and the re-inspection. He sure did a fabulous job! I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone in the home purchasing process!
