Aarushi-Hemraj murder case: SC accepts plea by wife of Hemraj; to hear plea against Talwars' acquittal

The big twist in Aarushi Talwar murder case. The Supreme Court (SC) accepted two pleas challenging the acquittal of Rajesh and Nupur Talwar in the murder case of their daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj. The pleas were filed by Hemraj's wife and the CBI. In its plea, the CBI stated that the Court's clean chit to the Talwars' were guilty was wrong on many counts.
