I have been using Athletic Greens four years now. Was introduced to them after following the Four Hour Body for weight loss. I knew I needed to ensure I was getting all of my nutrients while eating a near Paleo diet. Since this time (as long as I stayed away from a lot of carbs and refined sugar) I have felt very good. Have only occasionally had a cold so I believe my immune system has been strong as well. The formula has been consistent. The taste is good. The powder mixes very easily in water. The customer service team at Athletic Greens is outstanding too.
