My husband starting using these years ago, and I resisted because I never liked the grassy taste of other green supplements I tried. Eventually, I tried them and really liked the taste. Now I look forward to starting my day with these, knowing I'm doing some very good for my body. Beyond the dietary benefits, we have also noticed that we are sick less (colds, flu, etc) and recover more quickly since we started using Athletic Greens. I am a firm skeptic on all products; I don't believe marketing hype; I tried it and love this product.
