Yeah yeah yeah, everything is bad for you in large quantities. That's true. So this list of Noah Galuten's Top 5 Pseudo-Health Foods That Are Not As Good For You As You Think They Are is really all about moderation and awareness. Eat raw olive oil instead of cooking with it and reduce your intake of dairy, juices, and tofu. Make sure you know where your products are coming from before stuffing the in your mouth hole and what ingredients are actually in what you buy. Stop being a hippie and using agave syrup, just use less raw sugar. Seriously, agave? It doesn't even taste that great. Basically, try to be more conscious about what you're eating -- you're stuffing it INSIDE YOUR BODY after all.
