In this edgy 21st century 3D remake of the 1985 horror comedy classic, Charley Brewster (Anton Yelchin) is a high school senior who discovers that his new neighbor Jerry (Colin Farrell) is actually a vampire preying on the neighborhood, including his best friend Ed (Christopher Mintz-Plasse). He seeks the aid of famed "vampire expert" Peter Vincent (David Tennant) to save his family, including mom (Toni Colette) & girlfriend Amy (Imogen Poots).
