For today's online video marketing tips were going to talk about Descriptions & Tags
Hello my name is Glenn Byers and today I would like to give you some more video marketing tips. In this series you are going to learn video marketing tips to help you get better at video marketing for you own business and rank your videos higher in You Tube and other search engines.
Let's talk about Descriptions first. Here's how I do my description basically I always write out what I am going to talk about then I use that plan for my description and my caption. We will talk about Caption in an upcoming video so I will just leave it at that.
Here's way I do that. You need to put your keywords in the video, the description and the caption. For me it is easier to write it out. When I first started and I was just getting used to the camera I just free styled it. I had a keyword in mind and ran with it. You do have to rid of the fear first before you can do this part. At least I did, that's why I didn't mention this in the beginning. Using the same content over again just makes sense.
Tags are important to your video marketing they tell you tube where to put you and under what keyword but if you have the wrong tags or tags that mean nothing for example in our case to video marketing then there is confusion with the rankings. Hey guys I have made this mistake to and keep your tags to about 10 or less. I used to see people put every keyword in the industry that is spam. If you want to rank for another keyword make another video.
One more tip I put my name and my channel name in the tags
