Health Ministry to fully enforce act 852 to address e-cigarettes involving young people

The Health Ministry (MOH) will fully enforce the Control of Smoking Products for Public Health 2024 (Act 852) starting in June to address the rising use of electronic cigarettes among young people.
Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Dzulkefly Ahmad announced on Thursday (May 16) that the MOH hopes these regulations will effectively curb the increasing trend of electronic cigarette and vaping use among youth.
